Why I Am Documenting My Work in Public

Visibility matters

Many people are doing meaningful work that never becomes visible outside a conversation or a resume bullet. I do not want my learning to stay hidden like that.

Public documentation changes the game

Writing about work pushes me to:

• think more clearly
• notice patterns faster
• explain outcomes in a way that others can follow

The real goal

I am not trying to sound perfect. I am trying to become easier to understand. That feels more honest and more useful for hiring leaders too.
