The fastest way to understand how I work

These are the pieces I would want a hiring manager or recruiter to see first: structured problem solving, measurable outcomes, and work that feels useful in the real world.

Working Style

How I usually create value once I am in the room

I am strongest when the work needs both analytical depth and calm business judgment, especially when the underlying question is still messy.

01

Measurement systems

I rebuild noisy reporting into something teams can trust, reuse, and make decisions from quickly.

02

Commercial and customer diagnosis

I focus on the part of the funnel, portfolio, or workflow where value is actually leaking and translate that into concrete next steps.

03

Stakeholder-ready communication

I care about whether the analysis changes the conversation, not just whether the dashboard exists.

Experience Snapshot

A more grounded view of my background

I am an analytics professional with 6+ years of experience across business intelligence, customer insights, product reporting, and workflow improvement. Most of my work has lived close to commercial and product decisions, where the challenge is not just building analysis, but making it trustworthy, useful, and easy for stakeholders to act on. I am based in New Jersey and authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Earlier

WNS and dunnhumby

Built the base in forecasting, performance analysis, customer analytics, and experimental thinking that still shows up in how I work today.

The work I enjoy most is the kind that starts messy: an unclear funnel, a reporting problem people do not fully trust, a customer pattern that needs explanation, or a business question that is still too vague to act on. My role in those situations is usually to create structure, pressure-test the data, and turn the output into something decision-ready. This site is where I make that work legible through case studies, writing, and proof that feels grounded rather than overly polished.

Current Search

Right now, I am focused on making the site easier for recruiters and hiring managers to scan quickly: stronger proof, clearer case studies, and a more realistic view of how I work.

Writing & Communication

Writing that shows how I explain the work

Good analytics does not travel on technical accuracy alone. These pieces show how I turn observations into clear, useful narratives for non-technical readers.

Outside Work

Interests that sharpen perspective beyond the dashboard

Travel, cooking, and singing are the interests that most often bring me back to perspective, calm, and the simple joy of paying attention to life.

Travel

Travel

Travel gives me perspective in a very real way. I love noticing culture, sitting quietly in natural places, listening to a river flow, looking at the mountains, and even just staring at the road during a road trip. It reminds me how much meaning there is in slowing down and really taking in where you are.

Cooking

Cooking

Cooking feels like meditation for me. I love playing music while I cook, and that combination instantly calms me down. It has also taught me a life lesson I carry everywhere: even when a recipe starts going wrong, you can still turn it into something right if you stay present, trust yourself, and do not panic.

Singing

Singing

Singing helps me reset my mood and return to myself. I love the artistic side of it too, because getting the notes right is not just about voice, it is about listening properly. It reminds me that expression and attention go together. Follow more of my singing on Roshnibhandula (@roshnibhandula26).
