Context

Large hospitality portfolios often need a high-level view of performance first, but value is created only when teams can quickly move from summary metrics to the operational reasons behind them.

What I built

  • A portfolio-level health score and property-level grading framework for a 25-property account
  • A dynamic analysis of the full RFP lifecycle, from receipt to response, competitiveness, and conversion behavior
  • An operating view that highlighted workload imbalance, response-time gaps, and missed conversion opportunities across sales teams

Outcome

The report made it possible to move from a static review to an interactive decision tool. Stakeholders wanted to explore multiple properties in real time, and the solution later expanded into a broader commercial offering.

Why it matters

This project reflects the kind of analytics work I enjoy most: combining KPI design, workflow analysis, and business storytelling so teams can act on the findings instead of just reading them.
